A couple things: First, if you're going to capture most of the reflection, you should probably go ahead and get all the buildings. Cutting off the reflection of the tallest building just short of the whole thing is really annoying. Alternately, you could crop the bottom of the image so you clip almost all of the buildings instead of just the one.
Second, there is a LOT of noise in the image. Did you set the ISO to a super high level so you could hand-hold the camera for a night shot? If so, don't do that. Get a tripod and use a low ISO to get clean shadows (and everything else). The level of noise in this photo makes it basically unusable at any resolution.
