Looking for feedback. Does this look over edited saturated/processed? I didn't touch the color sliders and actually thought about de-saturating it. Should I?

the color looks good in the sky its the city that needs help, mask it of and bring up the shadows you need more details and a significant crop since you split the image right down the middle
