Shot with D5600 with the Tamron 10-24. Settings were F/8, ISO-100, 4 seconds at 19mm. I left the foreground with the parkinglot in the picture because I am practicing that with the wide angle lens or I would have cropped it out.
I think if you had cropped the parking lot, the result would place the entrance doors too close to the bottom edge of the photo, so it's probably better that you left it in the shot. However, the converging vertical lines are a concern and I made a quick edit to correct the distortion (which, as it happens, actually pushed the doors closer to the edge, but I didn't do this is my usually photo editor, so I had fewer tools) and reduce some of the overall yellow cast of the scene. I realize that typical sodium lights have a very yellow color temperature, so I didn't want to make it pure white, but I do feel your original is a little too yellow. It's an interesting hospital, that's for sure.
I think the distortion and yellow color add to the creepiness. Phillip your work is excellent but I am not sure it goes toward the original theme. One thing that I found a little distracting is that the lines in the parking lot lead my eye away from the main subject and out of the frame. This is most certainly an interesting and a good creative shot.
