Took this through a window in my hotel room. It was faded and flat before I edited it. I like the result, but hate that dome in the foreground. Hi, I'm Jamie. I love taking photos. I love the craft and am not competitive, so I only enter challenges for the challenge. I'm very appreciative of constructive criticism and I'm passionate about this artform.
I think you're right to hate that dome and you're not alone. Other than that, this image looks very "processed" to me. If that's the look yore going for, fantastic, but I think a lot of photographers are going to criticize it.
I hadn't thought of it that way. I was trying so hard to bring out the detail and contrasts, I didn't even realize I was overkilling it. Thank you!
