Naturally, I LOVE monochrome, but I am concerned about the framing. The windows are a bit distracting and perhaps a lower fstop to take more of the background pattern away. Just some thoughts. :-)
New framing, but i think that i made a mistake in composing my pic when i shooted..

Hi Fede,
My primary critique on this photo would be to position either the model or the camera differently so as not to have the black gap between the buildings (or whatever it is?) cutting through her face.
No windows looks better to me, but I believe you are correct in the composition. Not sure you will be able to easily "fix" this one, apart from some Photoshop magic. Things like, remove the build break. Pull the model out as a masked layer, then select the inverse of the background and use a gaussian blur. Just some thoughts.... :-)

The model is lovely and love her smile!

Thanks for sharing and happy shooting!
@Craig, i was thinking about using a different format, in order to eliminate the window
@Bob, we were on a Balcony, there was not enough space
Thanks to both of you for feedbaacks
