The Sun and the Moon: Edited to add last photo
I wanted to see how my 50 year old Canon FD 800mm f/5.6 s.s.c. would handle photographing both the Sun and the Moon.

looking at your portfolio you can do better than this its a good long exposure test but you can find better subject matter with the same color palette
It's too dark, the sky is boring and the actual effect gets lost somehow.
Go lower, try to fill the frame with the creek and the opening in the bridge. Expose to the right.
When I zoom and get rid of the sky it's better.
I agree with the others, regarding the sky. It's not really adding anything to the image, and the fact that the wall with the railing is on an angle kind of throws it off (though the image is straight it makes it feel like it's not straight).
I think if you focused more on the rock with a lower angle, you could get a more intimate landscape shot. I'm not sure it would be a particularly life changing image, but if you live close to this location, it may be with a return trip.
