I must admit I have been lax in both my shooting and posting recently, perhaps due to the fact my wife has now retired, and we are spending a LOT more time together doing various activities.
The Sun and the Moon: Edited to add last photo
I wanted to see how my 50 year old Canon FD 800mm f/5.6 s.s.c. would handle photographing both the Sun and the Moon.

Overall, a tired and true composition. Very nice exposure as well.
Would you mind sharing the BW version? I have a feeling I’ll like it better as well.

I really like this one. I think the top left might be a little too dark, but overall I like the mood much better.
I’d just recommend cleaning up the water on the left (there is a patch that stands out) and just to the right near the top end of the dock (there is something small in the water that pops out to me)

Nice image Kyle. It looks a little soft to me - perhaps the wind causing vibration of your tripod? I think this is improved by the stark contrast in the black & white image.
Also, please straighten that horizon. It's a simple fix and the first thing folks tend to see.
