What is Missing?

Hello everyone,

I've been toying around with this photo lately and I keep thinking something is missing. I can't quite put my finger on what I'd like to have different. I feel like I'd like the sky/water a little bit darker but every time I've made them darker it just ends up looking weird to me. I don't know, maybe it's not contrasty enough to may taste or maybe it's fine the way it is. What do you guys think?

For me, the foreground and rest of the image are at odds with each other. As such the missing element is what joins the two, they don't appear to go together. As such it's the composition and not the treatment that I struggle with.

The image is fine IMO. For me, it elicits a feeling of calm and peaceful solitude. But, there is something missing though. Maybe a person way out on the edge for a sense of scale or a woman in the foreground dressed in something soft and flowing that's opposite to the hardness and strength of the rocks. But, still, on its own the image works.

I don't think anything is missing! Awesome capture. If I would do anything different, it would be to crop a bit differently...perhaps less of the horizon and a horizontal shift.
