This was just a quick edit before a lesson I am holding tomorrow. Skin could be smoother but total retouching time came to just over an hour.

Single Light Headshot
Client came and needed headshots immediately. Set up a single Broncolor Para 133 in the dining room. Delivered 20 pics. Setup, Shoot, Edit and delivered within 30 minutes.

I think the skin is smooth enough. I wouldn't have taken away clarity and instead bumped it up to give the skin more texture and the picture some pop. I'm not a beauty retouch expert but when looking at the image I find the highlights quite harsh and the eyes could pop a little more, but that might as well just be my personal taste.
