Client came and needed headshots immediately. Set up a single Broncolor Para 133 in the dining room. Delivered 20 pics. Setup, Shoot, Edit and delivered within 30 minutes.

I think you've done a good job, however there's still some room for retouching some little darker spots in the woman's face.
Perhaps some skin folds above the nose could also be retouched?!

There are some darker spots. I agree with Gerd. I'd say use a freq sep technique to match the tones properly. There are also some bluish veins under the lip, above the chin. I would also attach the spots just below the eyebrow.
Good work overall though.
