Hi there, for what it's worth, here's what I see:
- Given the comparison and how you obliterated all the highlights it would probably be better to shoot at a smaller aperture or power down your strobes to save yourself some time editing.
- removing so much of the highlights in the image has now made her face lose dimension in some areas; additionally, the highlights are now in odd shapes in others.
- there's a smoothing effect / filter / action or something going on that's overdone. Maybe drop the opacity off the smoothing by at least 50%, but overall you would do better to practice carefully cloning and healing on an empty layer and doing manual dodge and burn (also carefully)
- her skin color has been changed and looks a bit reminiscent of an orangey fake tan which isn't really to my taste, but maybe the client asked for this look?
- If that is the case, her right (camera left) hand appears to have been completely ignored in the retouching process, which gives it a bit of a jarringly white / pink appearance
- be very careful about removing lines in general and around mouths in particular as this has the effect of completely changing the shape of her face, which usually isn't a desirable thing. In this case, you've removed most of her smile.
- try to leave some flyaways in the hair so it looks more natural, instead of like her head is cut out.
