I would probably crop out the lower half of his body. The bottom half doesn't seem to add anything and I'd rather be drawn to his face. He's a nice looking guy and I think that's where the focus should be. I like the light coming in on the right side of his face. Black and white is perfect for this shot as well.
I was trying to show the work I had trying to improve the lighting with just a single window. But, as I can see, the actual issue wasn't the light but the crop factor, haha.
P.S.: you're right, the cropped one looks waaay better.

Yeah, I was going to say the same as Marion. Crop in a bit and draw to the face. Nothing added with his pants and a bit of hands. Nice shot.
