With each shoot, I'm always looking at whether I can make the model a unit or a contrast with the background.
In one situation, you try to find colors or patterns that overflow after enough and the other you will see if you can "disturb" the image in any way.
In both situations, you can look as a photographer how subtly you make this.
In this picture I have a lady with white clothes and white-gray hair, as a location I have chosen a container that stands on Strijp-S, which makes the color tones come close to each other and her face is even more straightforward.
I like the effect of using a container as background.
