Very nice lighting, and yes with a couch like that use it! There's a couch at the studio I rent time from that I almost always use. As a newer photographer, let me see if I'm understanding your four lights: one key behind model shot left, softbox for fill just to right of camera, hair light above... and I'm not sure where the fourth is.

4th is on the grey background with a slight green gel.
And yeah- was happy to find the couch there unplanned!
