Nice shot and I like the gels on the background. But I have to be honest, I really want to remove the plant. Maybe if you had used it [kinda like a gobo] to throw some interesting shapes on the backdrop... Just my opinion though ;)
I agree with Rob, what is the point of the plant? I love everything else about it though.
I also think it would be better without the plant. I like how the umbrella transitions the lights on the background.
I'm thinking maybe the plant was to unify the foreground and background. Green plant on left, blue raincoat on right, matching the color transition in the background.
