The unobscured eye is captivating, and I love the lighting on the face. While I know it's helping to focus my attention on the image-right eye, I'm not as thrilled with the out of focus green framing. I'm really finding myself going back and forth on what I'd want done differently though. I hope you get some other critique feedback besides me, and then I'll enjoy reading that too!
I agree with @ John about the bright green. I assume it was some green leaves or other foliage. You used the reflector very well to illuminate the face. Perhaps if you could darken the green in post so that it would not draw the viewer's eye from the subject's eye. Very nice concept.
