Hello everyone, I am new to the site and to photography as well. I was practicing and took this picture and just learning what I can do in post. I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to improve my skills for images like this.
Also, when exporting images, what size is best for uploading to sites like this? This image was exported with size settings for Facebook and I am not sure if those settings are the best for web, thank you.

the lights have a strange red colour which I think it is caused by the over processing. The highlights have been turned down too much and the image looks a bit flat. otherwise, it has potential to be a great shot, with the right processing.
