I really like it too, though I find the color of her skin and whatever is happening on the left as a bit odd and distracting. Something happened here (I feel like a crime-scene investigator) but all is not right with the folds and creases, and skin tones, and lines. Her face and lips, and eyes look great...but....
Blue and nearby looks unnatural. Photoshopped?
