It's fine. You do have a pretty subject. The image is sharp and well exposed. But not a whole lot going on. Flat light. Flat, neutral muted colors. No connection to the camera. No interesting background. Nothing inherently bad any one of these tings, but it helps to have at least something that pops and draws interest or attention. If you are going for something really simple like this I think I would at least recommend to have the model connect with camera. Cheers.
I see what Jared is saying, and I'm also wondering that it's already a pretty brown palette if going full monochromatic might have let you then use a Curves adjustment to make it all about the shapes of her face?
Edit: I should expand on that. I think it has a quiet, meditative feel to it with her eyes looking off like that, so I think you could take it even more in that direction. I'm not really a monochromatic shooter myself, but it might be a fun experiment!
