The title says it all. My first attempt at studio lighting, also first attempt at shooting a model. It was a good learning experience, made a few mistakes and didn't turn out the way I had hope it would, but I would love to have your feedback on this! Don't be afraid to be harsh. It's how I learn.
I think it looks good. It's a little over processed but it has that painterly look as well.
I also think a slight bit more ambient light would tell more of a story.
Use short light was a good idea (make the face slimmer).
For ambiant light and the light of background for me it's ok I like this dark atmosphere. Big fall of betwen the face and the bottom of the dress and the keylight is a is a little too high and make a big shadow on eye.
