Model: Yana.
Shot with a Nikon D750, 85mm 1.8g, and an XPLOR 600PRO with a 24" beauty dish to fill in a bit from camera left.
Yana came with a bag full of clothes and costumes and we did some experimentation in the morning light.

Vintage Lens
Another visit to our garden using a vintage lens (Canon FD 50mm f/1.4) on my Canon R5. NOTE: With this lens the minimum focusing distance is 18" at which point you have 1/4" depth of field.

Austin, Texas Blue Hour
Was down in Austin for a bit on a work trip. I've always heard how beautiful the skyline is from the river.
Was a little let down by the clouds, but what can I do!

I love the golden morning light combined with the beauty dish and the beautiful model just tops the photo off :)
Did you use HSS to achieve the nice balance? Im only new at portrait photography so please forgive my question if its obvious :)
Thanks, Shane. Yes, I used HSS with the XPLOR. It was shot at 1/500 and 5.6. I just got the rig not too long ago, so I'm still learning.
