Athens photos
A few shots from the winter of 2025. The last one was inside of the Acropolis Museum. (Unfortunately, I could get everyone to walk exactly where I wanted them to. hahaha)

Focus Stacking ~ New to Me
I am interested in learning Macro/Closeup photography and understanding that Focus Bracketing is a good part of the process, I thought I would give focus stacking a try.
Vintage Lens
Another visit to our garden using a vintage lens (Canon FD 50mm f/1.4) on my Canon R5. NOTE: With this lens the minimum focusing distance is 18" at which point you have 1/4" depth of field.
Austin, Texas Blue Hour
Was down in Austin for a bit on a work trip. I've always heard how beautiful the skyline is from the river.
Was a little let down by the clouds, but what can I do!

Pretty. Her face is a little
oversaturated and underexposed compared to the rest of her (that we can see anyway).
Interesting vibe and style Cristian. I checked out the rest of your portraits and you seem to be crafting a unique look. Esthetics aside (those are always personal and you clearly are going for a specific look) the only thing I would recommend is pay attention the bg. In this case the lines behind her can be distracting and take away from, or at least don't ad to, the story. In most cases just moving your position a little bit left or right could be all it takes.
I hope you don't mind but I played with this image a tiny bit to help illustrate how the bg can impact the main subject of your look. Good work and keep sharing with us.
I agree with Julian, removing that post by positioning, editing, or cropping helps focus us on what you've carefully done with your portrait!
