Bravo, I like seeing the creatively simple ideas being done from time to time. There's so little here, but conceptually can say so much.
Years ago, when I was working pharmaceutical advertising, I came up with an almost identical image concept for a campaign for an anti-depression drug which was distributed to doctors. So it goes without say that this image really hooked me on multiple levels :)
