Good work!

At first glance, this is pretty good, the lighting is nice and the model has a great face. Have her eyes been made bigger in post production? The camera right eye looks slightly bigger than the camera left eye and the pupils look like they are different sizes. If you have made them bigger, I'd consider not doing that at all. There's something a bit unnatural and eerie about it (which is absolutely great if that's the feel and genre you're going for). It also looks like her neck has been made slightly too thin making her head look big in comparison. Apologies if this is not the case, it might just be the camera angle.

As far as the skin goes, the first thing I notice is that it appears the makeup artist tried to contour her face and the result isn't good. There are very over-saturated patches (between her eyes, the tip of her nose, the side of her face, under her jaw) and de-saturated places (under her eyes where a very light shade of concealer was used; the middle of her forehead). Also, the color added to her brows looks uneven. A good makeup artist who has a lot of experience with beauty shoots is absolutely critical to success in this genre, as someone less experienced in beauty (specifically!) can make your life extremely difficult if not impossible to get a good result.

Additionally, her neck looks under-processed compared to her face. There are both color and saturation issues happening.

Overall I think this is a very decent photo and you're on the right track! Hope this helps.
