The color tones and lighting are nice. For me this photo suffers from a lack of, well, subject. If the model was turned facing the camera - or if we could at least see more OF her face - it would almost certainly be a much more interesting shot. The orange lights to the left of her shoulder are a bit distracting. Also, her outfit looks out of place and/or out of context. As it is, the only thing saving this from looking like one of a few hundred vacation mobile phone images is the background blur and color toning. Hope this helps.
