The lowered chin makes her too intimidating. Don't know what is the her field of work, but I strive to make my business portraits be both confident and welcoming. Also the sharpness on her lips makes them look dry. Her clothes merge with the background - from a far or in small resolution it probably would look funky. Else, it's a fantastic portrait with very beautiful light.
