Go easy on me, I'm new to the Fstoppers site and fairly new to portrait photography :-)
As with any parent, my daughter is my World, and this helped (I think) with capturing this image, it was actually her idea to hold the branch up to help bring some additional colour and Autumnal feel to the shot.
Would really appreciate your feedback on this one?

Great start. And, I like the way she thinks.
Some notes:
-- I would not have included that branch above her head.
-- there's too much negative space on the left.
In the end, I would have shot this tighter to get rid of the branch and negative space.

It’s funny you mentioned the tighter shot. I actually had a tighter version but was apprehensive about going in too close, but I’ll look to edit that and see what I come up with. The branch is quite a frame filler but any it!!?? Lol
