Both very nice shots, models symmetry and proportions almost golden. May I know whether it is light balance, lighting or both that is different between the two. The second is lighter and warmer to my eyes.
It's the same lighting setup. It's how the photo was processed. The light setup was a cheap LED square light diffused by reflector (that Translucent thing) sorry not really a pro.
I think we are all learning with the aim of some form of mastery. I am starting to look at portraiture with budget lighting and I will be happy if I start with shots like these.
I like both of these images separately. Great posing, expression, and framing. Each well edited on their own. That said, if you're going to post them together or as part of a series I think I would try to white balance them together. Not really relevant on a photo critique website, but in a portfolio it would look weird side by side. Great shots though, for real!
