From a photography perspective the second one is the best in this series. The others are cropped too close to her knees and it's not a good place to do it.
The first one might be cropped too tight, could tell more of a story if wider? Also watch what's around your subject, the top right corner is somewhat distracting.
The third one is ok other than the knee crop. The fourth one I think if we saw her arms it would look more a natural pose.
All and all I'll say you're in the right direction, sometimes I have to shoot several shots before I end up with some good ones when the model isn't used to the camera. Look at the others you did during this shoot and you might have some excellent ones. Practise is the key here, I'm sure you can do something magical.
