Model: Nyabhan Bikhan Deng
I had the opportunity to work with this amazing Sudanese model. Of the few looks we did, I wanted to make sure that I included something very minimalistic and simple. These kinds of shots are difficult for models because there is no makeup, no comlex lighting, no "concept", and little if any clothes to rely on. It's just the model pushing emotion and personality to the camera.
Nyabhan was amazing.
Recently, I taught an Off Camera Flash class. Paige was my model for the class. We were outdoors but it started to rain. Luckily, a nearby restaurant let us conduct the class in their dining room.
