Hahahaha well to tell you the truth, I am living in South America and not everyone here has the ability to make online purchases so I charge them a fee to purchase and receive stuff from Ebay. So that pair came in the mail the other day and my brother put them on and we shot some pictures.
Raise the light up higher so the shadow of the guitar doesn't show up on the shirt or wall behind. Bring it closer and turn it up a little. The image is pretty flat and you have a lot more room for shadows and highlights to deepen. I'd also have him actually play rather than pose... you'll always get more emotion out of someone that way. xoxo
Fantastic tips. I actually got a flash trigger for the first time so I set up a speedlight with an FS lightdisk on a table about 12 feet away. I work on what you suggested.
Are those lenses photoshopped on?
Nope. They are glasses that we bought off of Ebay.

First time trying out the photodisk.
I was kind of hoping for lighting/exposure and composition comments and not comments on the glasses lol.
