I was looking back through my archives and found the scans of this shot that I've always liked, but never had a half decent version of as the original shot was under exposed and the scan was poorly done (but at reasonably high resolution for a 48MB TIF). It's actually a stitch of 2 frames and tonight I spent an hour or so in Lightroom trying to salvage what I could. I'm quite pleased with the result.
Now all I need is to remember what the darned village is called! Don't suppose anyone here recognizes this Ligurian village in Italy? I think it might be Ceriana from looking at the map and remembering our journey, but I really can't be sure.
