I like the lighting, and the posing. It definately gets the feeling across. I'd like this more if it was wider, a lot wider. I don't know about you, but I certainly feel pretty small when it hits bad. Keep shooting though I find it helps a lot.
Thanks, yep. Very small in a big, noisy world. I think I'm going to do a series of photos like this - turn a negative into a positive kind of thing and I'll shoot it wider next time.

Its a great shot. i too would like it to be wider but still a great shot. Sorry thats something you have to deal with but keep throwing your creativity right back at it, like you did here, im sure it made it a bit better, especially since you ended up with such a great final result.
Thanks Shaun. You're exactly right, it did make me feel better afterwards. In fact it had a beneficial effect in that it's ignited a passion for portrait work that was only a passing interest before!
