Marine life

Hi everyone,

I'm new to fstoppers and I love shooting underwater super macrophotography. My absolute favourite subjects are sea slugs called nudibranches. Please take a look at my images and let me know what you think!

Your technical mastery is obvious. I would suggest shooting from a slightly different direction if possible to give the notion of movement. Get the camera on the same level as the sea slugs if this is feasible.

I think there is a lot of possibility here.

Thank you for your comment. I was thinking about your idea of showing movement. While it's a good idea, I'm not sure if it's possible because 1) these guys are the size of half a grain of rice and are usually down on the uneven substrate. 2) I am diving in the open water so there is water movement in every direction.

You know what, I'll give it a go next time and try a slower shutter speed and see what happens.

Pretty amazing considering their size and constant movement of the water. Thank you for letting me into your world and showing things I won't ever be able to see. Gorgeous shots!
