I'm new to fstoppers and I love shooting underwater super macrophotography. My absolute favourite subjects are sea slugs called nudibranches. Please take a look at my images and let me know what you think!
Your technical mastery is obvious. I would suggest shooting from a slightly different direction if possible to give the notion of movement. Get the camera on the same level as the sea slugs if this is feasible.
Thank you for your comment. I was thinking about your idea of showing movement. While it's a good idea, I'm not sure if it's possible because 1) these guys are the size of half a grain of rice and are usually down on the uneven substrate. 2) I am diving in the open water so there is water movement in every direction.
You know what, I'll give it a go next time and try a slower shutter speed and see what happens.
Pretty amazing considering their size and constant movement of the water. Thank you for letting me into your world and showing things I won't ever be able to see. Gorgeous shots!
