Photographing a family of arctic foxes in Norway.
The arctic fox is an endangered species following previous years of hunting and loss of habitat to the (larger) red fox. These foxes are part of a breeding program, which aims to both increase the total population of arctic foxes in Scandinavia and improve the genetic variation available for natural breeding.

Beauty, I only saw an arctic fox in Iceland but it was captive / being treated. Hope to see some in the wild one day!
