The results are just as I would have expected, with the background foliage being tastefully blurred in the "real camera" photo, and the background being a way-too-in-focus messy distraction in the cell phone photos.
In that first photo, the one taken with your real camera, the way the background is rendered is really beautiful and provides really nice subject / background separation. Nice work!
