The 2nd one, the crop and pose looks odd to me. Crop is kinda too tight. And the pose doesn't look natural and not very flattering. Perhaps someone can elaborate better than me!
The second image seems a little soft. I agree with Tom the crop is weird as it is cutting off the legs at a weird point. I think the arms look weird for me because they are too symmetrical. One great tip I saw in a video was that you shouldn't have the arms/hands doing the exact same thing when posing. Maybe if you had her combing her hair back with one hand it would look more natural.
Overall it's a bit soft and you can tell. The emotion of the shot just quite isn't there either, it's flat as a narrative and in an editing sense.
I would brighten this image a bit more, add some contrast, and maybe even some grain in post to make it a bit less like the smoothness of a babies bottom. It just looks to processed for a simple portrait.
I like the first one as well. It seems to say so much more than the second. I think the narrative is great - expressing a sort of mysterious feel. I like her expression. I do think I would have brightened it just a bit, but not too much. Also, had you used some light behind the model and separated her a bit from the background, I think it would have been more effective. I would also add a bit more contrast to the image. Overall though, it's a great shot.
They are nice portraits. I have to agree with Tom about the bottom image though. Her post is so close to being good but it's SO awkward the way it is. Bummer! Nice work though =) That bottom would be killer cropped as a headshot!
I love the first one.

Thank you, Tom
I really like the first image!

Great job otherwise!
Thank you!! I I see what you are saying
Hey Diana really nice work! It looks like you are great at retouching and also great use of natural light. I can see the window in the girls eyes.
Thank you, Juan!!!
First shot it the best. Here is what I think.

Need a bit more fill too. Falling a bit dark.
Thank you.
