I took this with a telephoto and I'd say its my first descent photo of my dog. She seems camera shy, especially outdoors, so this seemed the best way to get here in a more natural pose and gave me more time to shoot before she left. However, I don't like how the telephoto smooshed her face, making it less dog-like.
Basically looking to see how I could have improved a shot like this both during shooting or editing. This is one of the first photos I really messed with all the settings for in Lightroom, slightly as an experiment/to learn, but I'm concerned I may have overedited or just done the wrong edits.
