Three things:
- With her hand in her hair like that, I don't know that I like the tight crop.
- It looks like, due to your lighting, that the right eye (her left) looks smaller than the other.
- As an option to consider, if you're unhappy with the brightness of your background (grey) you could choose to have a separate light to light the background. This would produce a bright, white bg.
Other than that, great portrait and you have a very photogenic model.
