Great expression and lighting on the face. Only thing I can critique is her right shoulder. It's super soft and the highlight distracts me a bit. Perhaps just make it a bit darker?

Great image... It is always so hard to make any recommendations when we don't know what the photographer was after. We can only think what we would have done if we would have been the photographer.
I do think your overall lighting is good. Your lighting is showing coming from the same direction which is such a common mistake today. Meaning her hair has the highlights on her right, you have highlights on her right shoulder, the front of her top has highlights on the right...
With all of that said, her face loses that pattern of lighting coming in from the side. Knowing that you are wanting to highlight her face; it is hard to make it all match, so I get that. Her forehead is just a little hot all the way across. You might have been able to still give it the light but bring it down on her left without losing anything. Something like rembrandt lighting would have been great here. A very dramatic lighting on her face, it would have brought out her right eye a little more; given some great shadows, then in post you could have dictated a little more light where you wanted.
Over all a great image and I really do like the lighting you have going on (even though it may have sounded like there were a lot of suggestions) If you aren't familiar with it already, check out rembrandt lighting and the other 4-5 classic lighting styles.
