A picture I got from my archives. A local bodybuilder was looking to get a progress image.
Hard light to the right, grid flash to the back for definition, and a small reflector to camera left

I think you should enhance the muscles a little bit more in post production. Especially his six pack...
But the photogrphic part is nice!
