Hi Tyler
The lighting is too hard on the right and not enough on the left.
Is there more of the red wall to the left? Move across if so, the break in colour to the right is distracting, particularly with the hard-red.
Looks like a big jump from the climber, at first it took me a bit to see it but now I can see the hand shadow - just. The flash falloff makes it hard to see it, unlike the body shadow which stands out.
On thinking further, I think this is the look you were going for. Good concept, but not well executed. What would it look like with the full silhouette? I think we'd be able to see the head arched back in a more dramatic pose, could be a good way to catch the emotion of the action.
Keep it up!!

Thanks Richard! I really appreciate the feedback. There no more red wall to the left, and cropping the right would have made the aspect ratio weird. It was also shot for an ad, so a banner will likely be placed over that area (not that that makes the photo any better, but....). I also was shooting in a really crowded indoor climbing gym environment, not sure if you have ever been, but it is tight, which made it tough for me to set up lighting.
