Hey Guys
Just thought I'd get to sharing some images...
I'm really not a photoshop/compositing person, so these images have none of that - except some small dirt spec cleanups on the paint. Pretty much straight out of camera, lit using a broncolor Move Pack, in a washbay.
That's an excellent exemplification of the "face" of a car. Are those lines up top the A-pillars? If you want to keep them as a mystery-what's-that, good stuff. Otherwise, they're kind of confusing for someone who's not familiar with the 488GTB.
Always love a moody light painted car shot :)
Thanks Chris for your feedback :)
Those lines on the top was the roof of the car (not necessarily being a car person myself, I think they may be the A-pillars). I did have a version where they weren't visible, but I thought it gave a nice sense of scale to the image.
Also, lit with a single strobe - as much as I admire the technique of light-painting, I've never had the patience to pull it off ;) I'm a flash guy all the way!
Ah, I was thinking "Move Pack" sounded like a light painting softbox or something. Still a very engaging picture.
Nicely done!
