Hi everyone!
Something from my recent studio session. We tried different things. From a simple one-light set to a more "glamorous" look like this one here. I used 3 lights, one from above the model (big octa) and 2 strips left and right next to the model. Just a little post processing was necessary, mainly some d&b and color grading to create the "golden" touch.
Let me know what you think.
Thanks and have a great, creative day!

Hi Oliver,
I like color, light and skin texture. I think her arm looks masculine, bigger than necessary. In my opinion, It would be better to crop the image.
Thanks Darya for your input. I tried different crops of the image. And if I crop further the would not be a continous line of the arm which looks odd too. I agree to your observation (and in fact she has very slim arms) but this was the best compromise I could achieve. Hope this does not destroy the overall impression...
It's really nice, Oliver! I do agree with Darya about the crop, right now the composition is off, there's no visual balance in the image and it takes away from the nice retouch and colors. Nothing matters if the overall composition is suffering in a photo.
Thanks Julia!
all the lighting and retouch is great (except 2 things i think in my opinion could be done additionally), and I agree with Darya and Julia...
and as you mentioned the arm looks odd, looks like a single long arm over her head, but for sure it was both her hands involved in the pose...
maybe for these kinds of crops or close-up portrait, you can use hands and fingers pose around the face...
the additional retouch thing... on the left side behind her neck there are some hairs which cleaning them might take time but worth the try to lower the tension and dark areas on that spot. also on the right side over her shoulder there is some areas of her body that might do no harm to the image if its removed.
here is a sample of my ideas just to show you what i mean
Thanks Farbod for taking the time. Agree, that looks much better :)
