Hi Vero, one thing I always tell my models not to do is look at the light - what happens when they do is the reflection of the light replaces their pupils, so instead of a black pupil they have a white "hole".
In your case the light is set up so high up that she needs to turn her face up to the light instead of to the camera. Try moving the main light closer to where your camera is.
