Hi Eric, thanks for sharing. Since you've asked for feedback and opinions, here are mine:
I really like the third one. The way the light hits her more from camera left and falling into shadow at camera right contrasts with the background and helps her stand out, plus she has a really elegant pose. You might have added a hair light just to create a little more separation between the top of her head and the dark background but that's maybe a matter of taste - at the moment the lighting feels natural while adding a hair light would make the lighting more deliberate.
I also like the second picture from the perspective of lighting and attitude but you might have looked at some different compositions. I find that my eye keeps going back and forth between her hand and face at the top of the image and the way her jacket fits and opens lower in the image and I'm just not sure which of those things to focus on.
The first image, you've caught some of her shirt in the bottom right corner and it's a distraction. In terms of the lighting, you're not getting quite enough separation between the model and the background. It's almost the opposite of the third image, here the models hair is bright on the left but the background also seems lighter and her hair is dark on the right but so is the background.
The fourth image, the depth of field seems a little too shallow for a beauty image in my opinion and all the fly-away hairs really call attention to that. With her eyes being such a prominent part of the picture it feels a little off to have one eye better illuminated than the other - in fact it looks like one eye is actually open a little wider than the other.
Hey Pete! Thank you for taking the time to comment. I definitly agree with you about the subtle hair light for the third one. That would have been cool. In fact I totally agree with all your comments. They are really on point and well thought! :O Thanks a lot again! It will definitly help me out next time :)
