I think this shot is lovely! The high-key lighting works well to deliver contrast, and the retouching is clean. My only critique would be that the blowback from the white background took away a lot of details on the earrings, particularly the one on the model's right ear. Minor concern, as everything else works, great photo!

Thank kendra, I was so focused on the model face that did not even notice the earrings.

You did very well! I get caught up in the face a lot, too, and will miss some details as a result. Zooming out and revisiting my work later on with fresh eyes helps a lot!

I would also spend a little bit more time on the lips - they look a little dry and patchy right now.
