Hello, this is one of my recent experiments in portrait photography and retouch. Would be glad to hear some critics and comments about lighting, pose and final result. Thanks!

Very nice image! I like your mixture of soft edges and detail. My only critiques would be about some of the skin texture, on the chin and right cheek it appears a little too rough, and the lines on her neck are a little distracting. Smoothing out the transition from highlight to shadow above her right brow would also be a nice touch.
Judging by the catchlights, I would suggest placing the softbox a little more central to the model, slightly more above, and angled downward. A reflector or softbox beneath the model can accomplish a similar goal to diminish the shadows and lines on her neck. I think that may have helped with the shadow on the right side of her face as well, but I understand if that's not the look you were going for.
It's a nice shot, so keep up the great work!
Thanks for the comment Kendra, I will carefully study the points mentioned. Some of the shadows, like the one above the right brow are due to her bone structure, I thought it would be nice to leave it there, but now that you mentioned I will try a different look. About the position of the softbox, I've tried the central position pointing down in other shots and it really works. Thanks again!
