I am a little puzzled, as framing and cropping are not making much sense to me, and there's no visual balance in the image. The fingers are cropped off.. The dark side of the face and hair fall into almost complete darkness, the light fall off is too short on the face.
I would recommend researching Beauty imagery framing, posing, and lighting before each shoot if you're interested in mastering Beauty photography. I've written about it before:
