Did you use Frequency Separating for the skin? I think the blush is too strong and it represents a flat plane rather than a transition from the top of the cheek bone into the hollow of the cheek (because it is almost equally dark all over ).

Overall I think you have shifted the values of highlights and shadows on the face quite a bit.
